Before you order
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use a clear, high-quality, front-facing selfie or portrait in good, even lighting. Keep the full face and head visible, avoid heavy filters and blur, and upload the original file. JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 15 MB are accepted.
How do I pay?
Choose EasyKash for secure online payment, or Cash on Delivery. COD orders require a down payment of at least 100 EGP because every order is custom-made. Customer support will contact you to confirm the order and arrange collection of the down payment. It is deducted from the total, with the balance due on delivery.
When will I receive my portrait?
Production begins after full payment is confirmed, or after COD order confirmation and receipt of the required down payment. Digital artwork is prepared within 3–5 business days; timing for physical products is confirmed with you on WhatsApp.
Is my photo private?
Yes. Your upload is used only to make your artwork and is never posted publicly.

Photo requirements & policies
You upload the photo. We handle all the preparation and artwork.
Photo requirements
- Use a clear, front-facing selfie or portrait. For a couple portrait, both faces should be clearly visible.
- Upload the original, high-quality photo, ideally at least 1,000 pixels on the shorter side. Avoid screenshots, blurry images and heavily compressed copies.
- Choose good, even lighting. Avoid dark photos, harsh shadows and strong light behind you.
- Keep the full face and head in the frame. Avoid sunglasses, face coverings, heavy filters and objects covering facial features.
JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 15 MB are accepted.
Policies
Photo quality: You are responsible for uploading a photo that meets the criteria above. The final result depends on the quality and clarity of your photo.
Refunds for unsuitable photos: If you upload a photo that does not meet these criteria, Flowrel is not required to provide a refund solely because the photo is unsuitable or limits the quality of the portrait. This policy does not limit any refund or remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Cash on Delivery & down payment
Every order is custom-made. Cash on Delivery requires a down payment of at least 100 EGP before we start production. A member of customer support will contact you to confirm your order and arrange collection of the down payment. The down payment is deducted from your order total; you pay the remaining balance on delivery.
